Changing the interface language

Change the interface language for your own user account. Saving the preference may leave the current ERP session in its existing language; start a new session to load the selected labels.

Save the language preference​

  1. Open Master data and settings > Tools > Change user language.
  2. In User, check that your own account is selected.
  3. In IB user language, select English, Romanian or Russian, as required. The language names themselves may be translated in the current interface.
  4. Choose Change.
  5. If your user card opens, check Interface language and choose Save and close to save the selected value.

Start a new ERP session​

Reopen the application in a new ERP session and check its navigation labels. Refreshing the existing page may retain the previous session’s language.

If the new session still uses the previous language, reopen the language-change tool and your user card to verify the saved Interface language. Check that the new session uses the same account. Changing the browser’s language alone does not replace this user preference.

The steps above concern your own language preference. Changing another user’s settings requires the appropriate access and is a separate administrative action.
