Print a price list, price tags and item labels

Procedure

  1. Open Prices (price list) or the saved price-setting document and select the effective date, price type and intended item references.
  2. Check item/price-group/warehouse filters and whether unpriced items are excluded. Compare displayed values with registered prices.
  3. Open the Price List report or the available print command. Select columns and restrict output to changed prices only if that is intended.
  4. For labels and price tags, open the label and price-tag printing workflow from the price-setting document, select the supported template and required copies.
  5. Preview item name, characteristic, package/unit, currency, price and barcode. Test readability on the actual printer before printing a batch.
  6. Retain the print preview as output only; changing it does not by itself save a reusable label template.
