Replenish pick zones and transfer goods between bins

Use configured bins, package coefficients and replenishment/segregation rules. Identify current source-bin quantity and target packaging demand.

Start at Warehouse and delivery > Intra-warehouse transfers.

Procedure

  1. Create a transfer task manually or use automatic transfer-task generation where configured. Select the intended rule: fast-pick replenishment or relocation after designation/storage-rule change.
  2. Set warehouse, work area and weight/volume limits. Review existing target stock and pending putaway so the same need is not replenished twice.
  3. Review the picking tab’s source bins/packages and the putaway tab’s destination bins/packages. For repacking check the base-unit total on both sides.
  4. Assign and print the task. Physically take goods from source bins, unpack/repack where instructed and place them into target bins.
  5. Record actual picked and placed quantities and any errors. Do not mark fully completed when goods remain in transit between bins.
  6. Finish the task and check target picking availability. Total warehouse base-unit quantity should reconcile while bin/package distribution changes.

Check the result

Source reduction and target increase reconcile after package conversion, without artificial warehouse receipt/issue.

If the result differs

Target still lacks pickable packages: review pending tasks and package conversion. Warehouse total changes: inspect unequal picked/placed base quantities before another replenishment.
